Letter of Recommendation for the AIU Internship Program

As part of your application to our Internship Program, you must submit a letter of recommendation from an advisor, college professor or employer. This letter should be written on letterhead, signed by the person making the recommendation and mailed to the AIU Study Abroad Office. Make sure that the letter describes information about you that is relevant to the internship you are seeking.
For example, it should include such information as:
  • Skills you possess that are relevant to the internship
  • Details about in-field work experience
  • Other internships you have completed
  • Examples of your educational excellence
  • A description of your personal attributes that make you a good candidate for an internship
