Grade Appeals

If you have questions about a grade you received in a class that was part of the AIU Study Abroad Program, you may request a breakdown of the grade and an explanation provided by the instructor. In your request, be sure to include your name, contact information, course number, name of the instructor, and the grade received. Please email the request to AIU London Student Services at

If a student receives the grade explanation and would like to appeal the grade, the student must formally petition the grade through AIU London. All grade appeals must be submitted NO LATER than one quarter [term] subsequent to enrollment in the course for which the appeal is made.
