Information for Student Ambassadors

Just return from studying abroad? Want to share your experience with others? Then we'd like to hear from you!

So you've just returned from an exciting term abroad and can't wait to tell everyone about your adventures? Become an AIU Student Ambassador and help other students prepare for the experience of studying abroad as part of an overseas program.

As an AIU Ambassador, you will encourage others to study abroad by meeting with students, faculty and advisors to promote the value of international education, using your own experience as an example. Ambassadors' duties include:
  • Hosting information meetings
  • Presenting at on-campus study abroad functions
  • Maintaining contact with students interested in the program
  • Having the opportunity to be published online

Not only is being an Ambassador an ideal way to keep your memories alive, but also great work experience to exhibit on your résumé. In addition, AIU will supply you with a letter of recommendation highlighting your accomplishments once you've completed your term as a Student Ambassador. And let's not forget the stipends for completing each level!

Student Requirements:

  • Must be in good academic standing at their home school as well as at AIU London
  • Be financially cleared after the London term by AIU SAP
  • Possess sincere interest in sharing personal study abroad experience with others
